材料

2 servings
  1. spaghetti 200 g
  2. kosher salt for pasta water (1-1.5%)
  3. shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1/2 lb
  4. tomato sauce (recipe ID20693724) 1 cup
  5. crushed red pepper 1/2 teaspoon
  6. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  7. white wine 1/3 cup
  8. kosher salt to taste
  9. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  10. heavy cream 3 tablespoons
  11. fresh Italian parsley (chopped) 1/4 cup

作り方

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add tomato sauce, wine, and red pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook until sauce reaches the desired texture. Stir cream.

  4. 4

    Season with salt and pepper, and lower the heat.

  5. 5

    Add shrimp and cook right before adding pasta.

  6. 6

    Meanwhile, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

  7. 7

    Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINSH it in the pan.

    Add pasta/parsley and toss over medium high heat.

  9. 9

    Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add shrimp right before finishing the sauce to prevent overcooking it.
