材料

4 servings
  1. spaghetti or fettuccine 400 g
  2. kosher salt for pasta water (1-1.5%)
  3. extra virgin olive oil 1/4 cup
  4. tomato sauce ID:20693724 2 cups
  5. white wine 1/3 cup
  6. cream cheese (cut into cubes) 4 oz
  7. kosher salt to taste
  8. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  9. fresh basil 1 cup (packed)

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta and cook.

  3. 3

    Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

  4. 4

    Meanwhile, oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add tomato sauce and white wine. Bring to a simmer.

  6. 6

    Simmer to adjust the sauce thickness.

  7. 7

    Add the cheese and stir perpetually until the cheese melts.

  8. 8

    Season with salt and pepper.

  9. 9

    Transfer pasta and add basil. Toss over medium high heat.

  10. 10

    Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add cream cheese right before tossing with the pasta to avoid overcooking it.
