材料

3-4 servings
  1. penne pasta 6 oz
  2. kosher salt for pasta water (1-1.5%)
  3. shrimp (peeled and deveined) 1 lb
  4. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. crushed red pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  6. tomato sauce (recipe ID20693724) 1 1/2 cups
  7. kosher salt 1/2 teaspoon
  8. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon
  9. heavy cream 1/3 cup
  10. baby spinach 2 oz
  11. freshly grated Pecorino Romano for garnish (optional)

作り方

  1. 1

    Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

    Add tomato sauce and red pepper.

  3. 3

    Cook until sauce reaches the desired texture.

  4. 4

    Stir in cream. Season with salt/pepper, and lower the heat.

  5. 5

    Add shrimp and cook right before adding pasta.

  6. 6

    Meanwhile, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

  7. 7

    Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINSH it in the pan.

    Add pasta/spinach and toss over medium high heat.

  9. 9

    Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Add shrimp right before finishing the sauce to prevent overcooking it.
