材料

3-4 servings
  1. scallops 1 lb
  2. prosciutto di Parma (minced) 2 oz
  3. garlic (minced) 2 cloves
  4. extra virgin olive oil 2 tablespoons
  5. white wine 2 tablespoons
  6. fine sea salt to taste
  7. freshly ground black pepper to taste
  8. fresh Italian parsley (finely chopped) 3 tablespoons

作り方

    Check ID:20941460 (2-4) to prepare the scallops.

    Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

  3. 3

    Add garlic and prosciutto. Cook for 5 minutes.

    Place the scallops in the skillet.

  5. 5

    Cook until the bottom is heated through.

  6. 6

    Flip the scallops and add wine and cover. Cook 5 minutes.

  7. 7

    Remove the scallops, season with salt and pepper the sauce.

  8. 8

    Stir in parsley and pour over the scallops. Serve.

コツ・ポイント

Cook at a low temperature and cover it so it's just heated through. Transfer garlic/prosciutto flavor into the oil.
