NOTE: I peeled off the entire shell with the tail.

Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

Add garlic, red pepper and cook until fragrant.

Place the shrimp and season with salt and pepper.

Cook until the bottom of the shrimp gets pink.

Flip the shrimp and cook until almost heated through.

Stir in parsley and capers, toss well until combined.

Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Slowly cook the shrimp to have a tender result. Add capers instead of lemon juice to add a floral tartness.
