Rinse the shrimp and dry them with a paper towl.

Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add tomato/tomato paste/red pepper/rosemary/capers/olives.

Gently simmer it, stirring occasionally until thickened.

Season with salt and pepper.

Add shrimp and cook until almost heated it through.

NOTE: Cook shrimp right before adding pasta. Take 2-3 mins →

on each side to cook it. Adjust your timing. If it's tricky→

cook on step 3, then set aside.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil to cook the pasta.

Reduce the cooking time by 1 min so we FINISH it in the PAN.

Add pasta/parsley and toss over medium high heat.

Adding capers and olives creates an extra savory flavor. Use fresh rosemary to add a rich herbal note.
