材料

4 people
  1. Spanish chorizo 1/2 lbs
  2. chicken thigh 1 lbs
  3. shrimp with shell 8 pieces
  4. clam 8 prices
  5. mussels 8 pieces
  6. onion 1 medium
  7. rice 2 cup
  8. chicken broth 2 cups
  9. diced onion 1 cup
  10. dried paprika 4 tbs
  11. salt 2 tbs
  12. pepper 1 tbs
  13. saffron 1 tea spoon
  14. garlic 2 cloves

作り方

    Cut chorizo to dice size. Slice onion. Cut chicken to cube.

    Season shrimp with smoked paprika and salt and pepper.

    Wash massless. Soak clam in salty water. Cut lemon.

  4. 4

    In large paella pan, sauté chorizo with olive oil.

    Remove chorizo from pan. Sauté chicken with salt and pepper.

    Remove chicken once browned. Add onion and sauté in the pan.

    Add paprika and saffron and sauté. Add can of diced tomato.

    Add rice and mix. Scrape bottom of pan. Add chicken stock.

    Add shrimp, clam, mussels, chicken on top. Lower heat.

    Move pan continuously over heat to prevent burn.

    Once clam and massless open. Add chorizo on top.

    Once rice is cooked turn off the heat. Add lemon wedge.

コツ・ポイント

Right after adding rice, add olive oil to prevent burn. Squid or scallops are optional.
