In a large pot, bring water to a boil, then add salt.

Add beans and cook 1.5-2 mins or cook for desired tenderness

Transfer the beans to a colander, then drain well.

Cool it off until it reaches room temperature.

In a mixing bowl, combine all the dressing ingredients.

Cut the beans into bite sized pieces.

Stir the beans into a mixing bowl, then toss well. Serve.
コツ・ポイント
Use mirin to add umami to the dressing.
