Gather all the ingredients.

Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat.

Add garlic and pepper.

Cook until the flavor is infused into the oil.

Add wine and cook it off until half of it remains.

Meanwhile, bring water to a boil in a large pot. Add pasta

Reduce pasta cooking time by 1min so we FINISH it in the PAN

Add cabbage. Cover and cook until wilted.

Uncover and season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.

Transfer the pasta and toss over medium high heat. Serve.
