Cut the broccoli into bite sized pieces.

Combine all the dressing ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

Stir in broccoli and toss well.

Add boiled eggs/avocado and toss gently to combine.

Taste, and adjust salt and pepper as needed.

Let it sit in a fridge an hour before it's served.
