作り方

Preheat oven to 275F.

If there's any membrane on the ribs, remove it.

Combine salt/pepper/sugar in a small bowl.

Rub onto both sides of the ribs, and let it sit for 20 mins.

Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.

Place the meat meat side up on the baking sheet.

Cover the baking sheet tightly with aluminum foil.

NOTE: Tuck it around the edge to create an air tight seal.

Bake it for 2 hours or until the meat is pretty tender.

To finish the ribs:

Uncover the ribs, and brush on BBQ sauce all over the ribs.

Bake for 5 mins and brush with BBQ sauce. Repeat 2-3 times.

NOTE: Make sure the sauce caramelizes, and doesn't burn.

Let the ribs cool for 10 mins, slice/serve with BBQ sauce.

NOTE: Find your favorite BBQ sauce for this recipe!

Store leftover ribs up to 3-4 days in an airtight container, or you can freeze it for up to 3 months.
