材料

  1. chicken wings 500 g
  2. Radish 2
  3. boiled egg 2
  4. water 400 ml
  5. sesame oil 1 tablespoon
  6. say sauce 3-4 tablespoons
  7. mirin 2 tablespoons
  8. sake 2 tablespoons
  9. suagr 1-2 tablespoons

作り方

    Cut radish into 2 cm round slice and microwave (with 1 cm water and lid in the container for 6-7 min with 500W)

    Cut chicken wings at joints

  3. 3

    Put sesame oil in the pan and cook both sides of chicken wings until browned

  4. 4

    Take out the chicken wings and cook radish with the same way

  5. 5

    Put chicken wings back to the pan and add boiled eggs and seasonings.

    Simmer for 25-30 min with lid. In the middle of simmering, flip everything over.

    At the end, cook with high heat to make food shining golden. (Make sure not to burn)
