Clean shrimps with corn starch/potato starch and salt, then wash with water. Wipe with paper.

Mix egg, maida and water in a bowl to make batter

Soak shrimps in the batter and then bread crumbs (one by one)

Deep fry with low to medium temperature

Mix cucumber with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and wait for 10-20 min
