材料

  1. shrimps 10-15
  2. egg 1
  3. maida 4 tablespoons
  4. water 3 tablespoons
  5. bread crumbs(パン粉)
  6. salt and pepper
  7. lemon
  8. oil
  9. cucumber 1/4
  10. boiled egg 1
  11. mayonaise
  12. salt and pepper
  13. lemon juice

作り方

    Clean shrimps with corn starch/potato starch and salt, then wash with water. Wipe with paper.

    Make 4-5 cuts to stomach side and the back side as well like the recipe (ID: 17418333)

    Mix egg, maida and water in a bowl to make batter

    Soak shrimps in the batter and then bread crumbs (one by one)

    Deep fry with low to medium temperature

    Boil egg

    Cut cucumber into 2-3 mm dice.

    Mix cucumber with salt, pepper, and lemon juice and wait for 10-20 min

    Drain water of cucumber by pressing

    Cut egg white into cucumber size

  12. 12

    Mix everything together to make sauce

    You can add potatoes to make potato salad if you have too much left over.
