材料

8-10 servings
  1. green cabbage 300 g~350 g (thinly shredded)
  2. carrot 1 large (shredded)
  3. shallot 1 medium (thinly sliced)
  4. slow cooked uncured ham 3 slices (thinly sliced)
  5. for the dressing:
  6. mayonnaise 6 tablespoons
  7. sour cream 2 tablespoons
  8. lemon juice 1 tablespoon
  9. country style dijon mustard 1 teaspoon
  10. fine sea salt 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste
  11. freshly ground black pepper 1/4 teaspoon or more to taste

    Prepare all the ingredients.

    Whisk in all the dressing ingredients in a large bowl.

    Add cabbage, carrots, and shallots, and thoroughly mix.

  4. 4

    Let it sit in a fridge for an hour before it's served.

Toss to prevent the dressing from sitting at the bottom before you serve.
