potato 2
oil 1 tablespoon
salt 1/2 teaspoon
chicken soup stock powder 1 teaspoon
black pepper
sesame oil 1/2 teaspoon

作り方

Cut potato and green pepper like kimpira. Wash potato with water and drain.

Heat oil with medium to high heat. Fry potato first, then add green pepper.

Add salt, chicken soup stock powder.

When potato is getting transparent (but not too soft!!), add black pepper and sesame oil.
