Soboro

Soboro is a Japanese dish and cooking technique, which takes cooked ground meat/fish/egg into fine, crumbled pieces. It's typically seasoned with soy sauce, sake, mirin and sugar for a sweet-savory flavor, and ginger is often added for the meat soboro. This recipe makes meat soboro as a topping for rice :-)
