Impossible Hamburg Steak

A meat alternative is a vegetarian or vegan food product used to replace animal meat, providing a similar taste, texture or appearance without using actual meat. We are neither vegetarian nor vegan, but we like to use it occasionally for meatless meals. For this recipe, we used Impossible ground beef.
