Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 100 graw peanut powder
  2. 200 mlsmilk
  3. 1onion
  4. 2garlic cloves
  5. And inch ginger
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 halftsp each of cumin, coriander, garlic, onion powder
  8. 1quarter tsp turmeric
  9. 1Tomato
  10. to tasteSalt

Cooking Instructions

    Pour milk chilli, tomato, garlic ginger, onion, in a blender and blend to a smooth consistency

  2. 2

    Pour the blended mixture into a pan and add the rest of the ingredients except salt

  3. 3

    Bring the sauce to a boil then lower your heat and let the sauce simmer for a about 30 mins of until cooked

  4. 4

    Serve with either Matoke, rice or chapati
