Ingredients

  1. 4eggs
  2. 2 cupsself rising flour(mug)
  3. 1 cupplain white flour(mug)
  4. 1 glassmilk
  5. I cup cocoa flour(tea cup)
  6. 1mug sugar
  7. 2 tspsoda bi carbonate
  8. 370 grmsbutter
  9. Strawberries
  10. Whipped cream
  11. 2 dropsstrawberry essence

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare the ingredients and sieve all the dry ingredients together.

    Beat sugar n butter until creamy

  3. 3

    Add in the eggs,one at a time.beat after each add.

  4. 4

    Add in the sieved flour,cocoa and soda bi carbonate mix alternating with the milk.fold in well

  5. 5

    Grease a baking tin with oil,pour the mix into it and bake in a preheated oven at 180' for 40 mins

  6. 6

    When a stick comes out clean,remove and let it cool.later when cool,cut into two.

    Cook a few strawberries with some strawberry essence and 1 tbsp sugar in a sufuria.that makes the syrup

    Whip the cream.and chop the strawberries how you want to use to decorate.apply the syrup,then the cream then some strawberries on one part

  9. 9

    Now cover the cake with the second layer. Complete the creaming and do decoration as you like.cut and enjoy

Hi soda bicarbonate is different from baking powder right? so baking powder is not used?
