  1. Big Cucumber
  2. 1/4 tspSalt
  3. 3 cupsWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Put cucumber and salt in a bowl,add half of the water,wash,rinse with remaining water,leave to dry...cut to desired slices
