Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 1 kgpork meat
  3. Halfcabbage (chopped)
  4. 3chopped red onions
  5. 4chopped tomatoes
  6. 1fresh tumeric (you can use the powdered one if you wish)
  7. 3 piececrushed garlic
  8. 2 piececrushed ginger
  9. 4 cupsboiled water
  10. to tasteSalt
  11. Cooking oil
  12. 1 bunchwashed and chopped dhania
  13. 1Red chilli pepper(optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare all your ingredients and set them all aside, especially the rice wash it with clean water once done set it aside as it drains the water.

    Put your sufuria on heat, add cooking oil, salt, the 4 cups of boiled water, tumeric and rice, once it starts boiling lower your heat, when ready, set it side.

    In another sufuria, add 2 onions cook until they sweat then add the tomatoes don't stir,let the tomatoes cook on their own once cooked add the cabbage, (if you like it crunchy like don't let it overcook) and add salt then set it aside.

    Now to the pork meat, place another sufuria or pan on heat, add the meat, then add your crushed ginger and garlic let it cook for around 15 minutes, after the minutes are done, you can add little oil then onions let it cook for some minutes then add the tomatoes don't stir, let the tomatoes cook with the heat once cooked add salt, and if you want spices you can add. Serve and Enjoy your meal
