Hubby’s Chinese fried rice Hubby’s Chinese fried rice
What inspired me to come up with this method of Chinese rice was the fact that I keep seeing Chinese rice served the usual way which is mostly white in color,no tumeric or curry is usually added to it.So I tried my own method by giving it a twist which is adding tumeric to it so that I will see how it turns out to be,it actually came out yummy and delicious which made hubby to make it his favorite and since then we don’t eat Chinese rice outside but our own method at home. #Ashlab# s and h kitchen -

Easy Homemade Mango Sticky Rice (Using Rice Cooker) Easy Homemade Mango Sticky Rice (Using Rice Cooker)
Actually I have shared and posted the mango sticky rice recipe some time ago, but in a different version. In my previous sticky rice recipe, I cooked it using a steamer, and I had to soak the sticky rice in water for at least 2 hours before cooking it. The time is longer than I expected. This time I will share again the Thai mango sticky rice dessert in the easiest way. Instead of cooking and steaming it into a steamer, I will just cook it in a rice cooker. It's much faster and I don't need to soak the glutinous rice first. Just cook it like the way we cook the regular rice. And also to make coconut cream sauce, I use the microwave instead of boiling it on the stove. Sounds easy right ???? So let's get straight to the recipe. Nia Hiura -

My family like plain boiled rice with every kind of curry, but, particularly with Chicken Tikka Masala (see https://cookpad.wasmer.app/uk/recipes/352376-chicken-tikka-masala?invite_token=m8cJT99fm1wMNcEYHMnxXutF&shared_at=1618842991 ), I like this version of pilau rice, based on Madhur Jaffrey's recipe for Tumeric Rice. It gives the curry an authentic touch. Celeste -
Black Rice Risotto with Kale Black Rice Risotto with Kale
I wanted to try something different than Arborio rice. The black rice takes longer to cook, as its a heartier grain, but very tasty! You can add seafood, chicken, and be creative with the vegetables you want to add! ruscheskami -
