Cooking Instructions

Boil the pork with salt then a bowl marinate the pork overnight with crushed garlic and ginger.

In a pan put some cooking oil and some onions cook until golden brown. Add some nicely sliced hoho let them cook a bit the add in the marinated pork. Pan fry it turning it on both side to allow it to cook well.

In a cooking put some sliced onions and cooking oil. Let the onion cook well add in cut tomatoes and cabbage and cover to allow the cook. Check it give it a little stir and add some salt to taste.

Food is ready serve with ugali. Enjoy.
