Tumeric rice with Kamande stew

Ingredients

  1. rice
  2. tumeric,saumu,ginger and salt
  3. boiled kamande
  4. carrots,potatoes
  5. cubessalt,water and royco
  6. cooking oil and onions

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    After the onion has heated till golden brown,,,add tumeric, saumu and ginger into the sufuria

  2. 2

    Add water into the sufuria,taste if the solution is balanced add a liitle salt and let the water boil

  3. 3

    When the water boils,rice is ready to be added after being cleaned

  4. 4

    Let the onion heat till golden brown,then add potatoes and carrots into the sufuria putting a little water

  5. 5

    After the potatoes and carrots are halfway cooked add the boiled kamande

  6. 6

    Add a good amount of water for the stew not to be dry and add in the royco cubes for the taste. Serve the food while still hot
