Fluffy Natto Fried Rice Fluffy Natto Fried Rice
There's a dish where you mix the egg into the natto and beat it until airy. The fluffy egg mixes in deliciously with the rice. It worked well with this fried rice. Season with lots of black pepper and add just a bit of soy sauce to create a colorful and wonderfully fragrant dish. After mixing the egg into the natto, the main point is to beat it together well. It will become like an omelet soufflé. Since you'll be adding rice, mix it together really well and when it's cooked, it should be crumbly. Heating the rice in the microwave is also important. You can use chopped natto or natto made with smaller beans. Recipe by Reinia cookpad.japan -
