Ingredients

  • 2 cupFlour
  • 2 cupSugar
  • 1 cupMilk
  • 3/4 cupVegetable oil
  • 4Eggs
  • 2 1/4 tspBaking powder
  • 1 tspVanilla
  • frosting
  • 2 cupMash mellow fluff
  • 2 boxStrawberry jello mix
  • 1Bottle smuckers strawberry syrup

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat over 350

  2. 2

    In large bowl combine all cake ingredients and mix until smooth

  3. 3

    Pour into cake pans of choice

  4. 4

    Bake until well done

  5. 5

    Let cool

  6. 6

    Poke holes into cake, each layer if layered

  7. 7

    Pour strawberry syrup over cake and let soak

  8. 8

    In another bowl combine all frosting ingredients until well combined

  9. 9

    Frost cake

  10. 10

    Drizzle strawberry syrup over top In decorative fashion

  11. 11

    I crumbled cookies over the top for looks, but also adds a delicious crunch
