Cooking Instructions

Preboil your meat until its well cooked.

Once ready sieve the extra stock and add your onions and oil

Keep stirring until when the meat starts browning

Add ginger and garlic and cover for 3 minutes

Stir and add in your sliced tomatoes. At this juncture put in the salt to help cook the tomatoes well and cover.cook on low heat

Once the tomatoes have been incorporated into the food add the stock till you get your preferred consistency

Add a little soysauce.Allow to cook for 3 minutes and serve when hot with a dish of your choice
