Ingredients

6 servings
  1. 1 kgfillet steak cut into cubes
  2. 2 tbspmeat tenderizer
  3. 1 tspsalt
  4. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  5. 1 tsptomato paste
  6. 1/4 tspcitric acid
  7. 1 tbspgarlic paste
  8. 4 tbspcooking oil
  9. Red food colour
  10. Charcoal jiko to barbecue and screwer

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Marinate the steak cubes with all the ingredients for 8 hours or overnight in fridge

    Put the steak in the screwer

  3. 3

    Now when jiko is ready for roasting, roast the steak. When all sides of steak is cooked, remove in a hot pot, serve hot
