Ingredients

  1. 1 kgall purpose flour
  2. Water
  3. 2 tbspdessicated coconut
  4. 1 tspsalt
  5. Enough cooking oil
  6. 1/2 cupbutternut

Cooking Instructions

    In a clean bowl mix all the dry ingredients, make a hole at the centre add water and mashed butternut knead the dough till its well done and elastic. (non sticky to your hands).

    Allow the dough to rest for 30 mins in a warm place and cover with a clean towel.

  3. 3

    Roll the dough to small balls again set aside for few minutes and cover the balls.

  4. 4

    Roll into circles and then fry on both sides then serve while it's hotr
