Cook your beans and set aside

Add oil inside a pot on a flame, add your washed meat, spring onion,blended tomato, onions, garlic, hot pepper and stir fry

Add water and spices after boiled, add the already per boiled macaroni and the cooked beans,lower the flame and close the lid to allow it to cook. Serve and enjoy😋

I got challenged to a chili cookoff at my church here in Las Vegas. So I thought people in the desert don't eat much alligator meat so I got and idea. Spent all night making it just to find out no one else decided to make anything. Oh well regardless at the father's day barbeque everyone had several bowls of this chili and are hitting me up for the recipe constantly. It's a new fan favorite that I recommend everyone attempt.
