Refreshing drink in summer

I was looking for a blended drink recipe so I didn't have to walk all the way into town to get the hippies to blend me one for $6. I came across a similar one to this on a website and I modified it slightly.

This is the perfect warm day Italian lemonade!! This goes perfect with my chicken dinner!!
