Ingredients

  1. 3 1/2 cupbaking flour
  2. 1 1/2 cupwarm water
  3. 2 1/2 teaspoonsyeast
  4. 1 teaspoonsalt
  5. 1/4 cuphoney(optional)
  6. 1/4 cupcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare baking tin

  2. 2

    Preheat oven at 185°©

  3. 3

    Mix warm water with yeast

  4. 4

    Sieve flour with salt

  5. 5

    Put honey and oil into water and continue stirring

  6. 6

    Put flour and knead for 6 minutes

  7. 7

    Cover for 30 minutes until the dough is double in size

  8. 8

    Press the dough downward, mould it into bread shape using your hands

  9. 9

    Put dough into baking tin and cover for one hour

  10. 10

    Bake for 35 minutes.
