Ingredients

  1. 1arrow root
  2. 1 cupmilk or yorghurt
  3. 1 tbspeanut butter
  4. 1 tbssugar optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat the preboiled arrow after cutting in cube sizes.

  2. 2

    Add the Luke warm arrow roots in a blender, followed by the peanut butter and yorghurt.

  3. 3

    Blend for 2 minutes then add the sugar and stir.

  4. 4

    Serve with a slice of brown bread or drink it by itself as a detox.
