Cooking Instructions

Peel the potatoes, put them in a saucepan that has water, put some salt and boil the potatoes. Let them cook but ensure they don't crush.

Take a bowl and put the ajab flour of a half a cup, put some water,salt to taste,1 teaspoon food colour and mix them together.

When potatoes are ready drain the water and let them cool.

Place a frying pan with some cooking oil to heat.

Then put the cooled potatoes to the flour mixture and ensure all sides are lathered with the mixture. Then put them in the heated frying oil. Let them cook for some time. Then serve when hot with a drink of your choice
