My family favourite snacks. You can sprinkle some melted cheese or chocolate for topping.

10 pieceBanana - not so ripe
1 1/2 cuprice flour
1 tspsugar
1 tbspcooking oil
1 cupwater
1/2egg white
1cooking oil for deep fry
yellow or orange food colouring
salt

Peel and cut banana into half. Or you can cut into bites size.

Mixed all the ingredients. Add water a bit at a time. To ensure batter is not too watery.

Deep fry till golden brown.
