Cooking Instructions

Extract the cardamon seed from the pods.

Beat them up in a pounder till soft and smooth.

Take the yeast and put in a warm water for few minutes. Add into the flour.Mix well.

Add cardamom and sugar. Mix well.

Add the coconut milk little by little and start kneading. Ensure the dough is smooth. Allow the dough to rest for an hour.

Subdivide the dough in to equal lemon size dough balls allow to rest as you prepare the oil for deef frying.

Roll out each dough ball in to round shape about 6 inches diameter then cut in to four portions and deep fry till both sides turns golden brown.

Now they are ready you can serve with tea...
