This is a tangy sweet and sour and flavourful healthy tea time snack as potato and pudina (mint) is nutritious and rich in fiber,vitamins,iron and carbohydrate.It can also be served as starters in any party.

Boil potatoes,peel and cube.Roast peanuts and grind coarsely.Make a paste of pudina and chopped coriander with green chilli, lemon juice,sweet tamarind chutney,ginger paste,roasted peanuts and cumin powder,chaat masala,little sugar and salt to taste.

Heat 1 tsp oil and sprinkle fennel seeds and 1 pinch asafoetida.When they crackle,add the fried potatoes and toss.Set aside.To assemble,mix 2 tbsp green chutney in the potatoes.If needed add more.Mix chopped onion,tomato and All in One namkeen.Sprinkle chaat masala and chopped coriander and serve as a healthy tea time snack with a cup of tea or as a starter at parties.
