Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprolled oats
  2. 1 cupNatural peanut butter
  3. Halfa cup dried fruits (raisins, currants, cranberries etc)
  4. 1/4 cupnatural honey

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In a bowl mix all the ingredients until they are properly mixed

  2. 2

    Take a wide plate and spread it on the plate. Use your hands to spread it and press down.

  3. 3

    Store this in the fridge for 2 hours so that it can harden and come together

  4. 4

    Remove from fridge and cut it into cubes and store it back in the fridge in a tight container. You can eat them as snacks on the go.
