5 to 6 servings

Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your duck I.e slaughtering,skinning n removal of intestines.

    In low heat,grill your duck until the water in it drains out.leave it to stay overnight.

  3. 3

    Cut it into pieces into pieces, then boil it with salt, garlic,ginger n black peppe until soft.

    In a pan put little oil,once hot add the pieces n let them brown abit,add your onions n let it cook.

    Then add your garlic n ginger,fry for 2minutes.

    Add your all your spices to allow them cook for 2minutes as u stir.Then add your tomatoes n ball pepper n let them cook until soft.

    Add little water let it cook kidogo.Garnish with dhania.You can serve with ugali,chapati or rice.
