I enjoy this drink for the advantages that its my energy booster and colon cleanser😜. Some call it detoxifier

Ingredients

  1. 2 tablespoonsLemon juice
  2. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  3. 1 teaspoonchia seeds
  4. 2 teaspoonsapple cider vinegar
  5. 1 teaspoonhoney (optional)
  6. 1 glasswater approx 125ml

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Get the ingredients. Warm the water slightly then add in all the other stuff.

    (Note: all the cinnamon might not dissolve worry not just drink them down)

  3. 3

    My cider has honey so I don't need extra honey. Stir the mix and let sit for about 15 minutes for the seeds to soak well then drink on an empty stomach preferably 30-45 minutes before your HEALTHY BALANCED breakfast.
