I was looking for a fresh and light beverage to enjoy with my food but without the needing of drink soda or juices that have carbonated water and sugar. So this is a healthy drink and chia seeds has tons of good stuff for the body.

I was looking for a fresh and light beverage to enjoy with my food but without the needing of drink soda or juices that have carbonated water and sugar. So this is a healthy drink and chia seeds has tons of good stuff for the body.

Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspchia seed
  2. 2 literwater
  3. 2 tbsphoney
  4. ice
  5. lemon juice

Cooking Instructions

    Pour the chia seed into the water and let it rest for at least 13 minutes

    Once the seeds have grown, pour the honey into the water and stir to dissolve the honey.

    Add ice for a fresh drink or keep it on the fridge for a cold drink.
