Ingredients

  1. 250 gpotatoes
  2. salt and pepper
  3. 1/2 tspturmeric
  4. 1 tspginger garlic paste
  5. 2 tbspall purpose flour
  6. 1egg
  7. 3 tbspvegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Peel, wash and grate the potatoes. wash the grated potatoes until the water is clear.

    Place the grated potatoes in a clean towel and squeeze off all the water. pour into a bowl.

    Into the bowl, add in the ginger garlic paste, flour, turmeric, salt and pepper. mix it up well.

    Add in the egg and mix it in too.

    Heat oil in a non stick pan. using a spoon, scoop the potato mixture and

    Place on a plate with a paper towel

  7. 7

    Serve and enjoy
