Cooking Instructions

    Prepare your chicken

    Cut into small pieces

    Boil till soft, add garlic and ginger when boiling

  4. 4

    When the stock dries, fry till brown with its own oil, add onions, mixed spices, salt and continue stirring

  5. 5

    Add Chopped tomatoes, fry until it dissolves, add royco cube

  6. 6

    Add little water and let it simmer for 5mins, then add Capsicum and let it cook for 3 minutes

  7. 7

    Add Coriander and remove it from heat

  8. 8

    Serve with ugali or chapati
