In a clean bowl add yeast with water and allow to rise for 5 minutes

In another bowl combined ur flour,milk,pinch of salt egg,butter,and pour in ur yeast mixture knead d dough for about 15-20 minutes

Cover d dough with cling flim or kitchen towel and allow to rise for 1 hr

After 1 hr cut d dough into 8 portions and mould it into fine round shape.Allow it rise agaim for 30 minutes and fry in a low heat.

Coat d donuts with suger immediately after frying

Krispy Kreme donuts are too far from me to buy, so I wanted to replicate their recipe. After many attempts I think this recipe comes close.Don't cover the donuts in plastic wrap for the second rise. For beautiful donuts take care when removing them from the wire rack. Use fresh oil when frying the donuts. If the oil temperature is too low, the color will be good by the donuts will be greasy, if the temperature is too high they'll cook too much and become hard. It's hard to get the temperature right. I made a copycat recipe of the deep-fried donuts that I had in Warsaw, Poland. The donut dough recipe came with a Sanyo bread machine with a mochi pounding function. I changed the ratio of ingredients a little.To cook through the inside, deep-fry the dough slowly in low temperature oil. The most important tip is that this recipe should make 12 donuts, so be mindful rolling the dough out, simply roll it to a 1/2 inch thickness, no more otherwise the donuts will not be light and puffy. My first batch I rolled to many and they were skinny and not as wonderfully light as the next batch.
