Less sugar,spongy and for the chocolate lovers🤗

Cooking Instructions

Sieve all the dry ingredients flour,cocoa,baking powder baking soda, and set aside

In a separate bowl,beat the eggs and separate the egg yolk from the white and beat the yolks till they becomes fluffy.

Add vanilla,water and oil and whisk till it mixes evenly
- 4
Add the dry ingredients to the mixture and whisk to form a thick paste
- 5
In a separate bowl whisk the egg white and add 1cup sugar and mix till it becomes fluffy
- 6
Add the the egg white mixture to the (step 4) mixture and mix with wooden spoon..till it is evenly mixed.

Pour the cake batter in baking tin and cook for about 45- 55 minutes at 180 degrees
- 8
Decorate with whipping cream and garnish with chocolate chips and strawberries
