Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsall purpose flour
  2. 1 cupmala / plain yogurt
  3. 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  4. 1/2 cupoil
  5. 1/2 cupfruit of choice (used raisins)
  6. 3 tablespoonsbutter
  7. 4bananas
  8. 1 teaspooncinnamon
  9. 4eggs
  10. 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  11. 2 teaspoonsbaking powder

Cooking Instructions

    Collect all required ingredients.

    In a bowl, mix all the dry ingredients. In a separate bowl mix the bananas and all the wet ingredients and mix well.

    Pour the wet ingredients to the dry and mix them. Do not over mix.

  4. 4

    Pour the batter in a greased baking tray and put into a preheated oven and let bake. 180°C for 50 minutes. Remove when we'll baked - check with toothpick or fork that it's not wet. Let cool for 10 minutes then enjoy your cake with a glass of juice 😝😋
