Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1 cupfoxtail millets
  2. 1/2 cupurad dal
  3. 1 teaspoonfenugreek seeds
  4. 1 tablespoonchana dal
  5. to tasteSalt
  6. As neededWater to the desired consistency

Cooking Instructions

    Soak all the above ingredients in a bowl overnight

  2. 2

    Grind them into a batter then leave the batter for fermentation for 8 hours.

  3. 3

    Then add salt to the batter and take s ladle full of batter and spread in circular form on the hot tawa. Add very little oil or butter to roast dosa.

    Serve hot with coconut chutney and sambar.
