I love the savory scent of coconut so I tried using it to make some bread.Use shredded coconut. If you don't have any, you can use coarsely ground coconut. Please don't substitute the coconut milk for anything else. The fragrance and the flavor will be completely different. Glazed Cranberry Orange Bread Glazed Cranberry Orange Bread
I made this for the first time during Christmas of 2018, although I'd been wanting to try my hand at a cranberry orange combination for forever. This is another great sweet to serve with tea/coffee, or at holiday gatherings. As my mother put it when she brought some to her workplace: "one lady said 'oh, I've had something like this before' so she took a piece, walked away, and came back five minutes later saying 'hold on, I've NEVER had anything like this before!'. Everyone loves this bread!" Shanda -

Chocolate Babka bread (vegan) Chocolate Babka bread (vegan)
#nonindianBabka is a traditional Jewish cake which is actually a cross between a cake and a bread. It is made of a rich brioche and a chocolate filling topped with cinnamon and nuts. Although it's a time consuming affair but it is worth every bit of effort. It's so delightful, warm and comforting that you will fall in love with it once you take a bite. This decadent beauty with swirls of chocolate and walnut filling melts in the mouth and leaves you asking for more. It's my second attempt to make Babka. First time I made it eggless but it had butter and milk in it. But this time I have made a vegan version of it and trust me I didn't miss anything and the flavours were equally good.
