Ingredients

  1. 1large onion
  2. 2large tomatoes
  3. 1red pilipili
  4. Halfa cup plain yoghurt
  5. 1 cupbeans

Cooking Instructions

20 mins
  1. 1

    Preheat the onions for 30 sec then add you cooking oil and pilipili

  2. 2

    Let them cook for 3 min then add your beans

  3. 3

    Cook for 10 min then add your plain yoghurt.

  4. 4

    Simmer for 5 min.. ready for serving best served with brown bread
