Pork Belly with Sweet and Sour Onion Sesame Sauce

I really love fried chicken topped with onion and sweet and sour sauce. So, I tried a pork version.

I think this sauce could be used in many dishes. It goes well with fried chicken and would give a deliciously mild taste to shredded vegetables. You can also use thinly sliced pork. Recipe by Raby

Ingredients

3 servings
  1. 400 gramsPork belly (thinly sliced)
  2. 2 tbspSoy sauce
  3. 2 tspSugar
  4. 2 tbspVinegar
  5. 1 tbspOyster sauce
  6. 2 tbspToasted white sesame seeds
  7. 1 tbspSesame oil
  8. 1 pinchof chopped onions Green onions

Cooking Instructions

    Sauce Put the vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, and oyster sauce in a heatproof bowl, heat in the microwave for 1 minute, and mix together. Add the sesame seeds, sesame oil, and onions and mix.

    Heat some vegetable oil (not included) in a frying pan and brown the pork. Top with the sauce from Step 1 and enjoy!
